Purpose

This website is informational and institutional. It presents the company, its areas of work and examples of completed projects, and provides a form for enquiries and quotation requests. It is not an online shop: no sales or payments are made through the website.

Quotation requests and proposals

Sending a message through the form does not constitute a contract or an obligation to perform. It is an enquiry, to which we respond with a proposal.

Proposals state the scope of work, materials, price and lead time, and are valid for the period stated therein. A contract is formed only upon express acceptance of the proposal by the client. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude VAT.

Lead times, licensing and execution

Lead times run from the award of the work and final approval of artwork by the client. They may be affected by factors beyond our control, in particular the obtaining of municipal licences, weather conditions preventing work at height, or supplier delays.

Unless otherwise agreed, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that the necessary authorisations and licences are in place for the installation, and to guarantee access and safety conditions for the works.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — texts, photographs, logos, symbols, graphics and code — is the property of Comunicação em Movimento or of third parties who authorised its use, and is protected by copyright and industrial property law.

Reproduction, copying, distribution or commercial use of this content without prior written authorisation is not permitted. Consultation and printing for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

Client brands and logos appearing in the photographs belong to their respective owners and are shown solely as portfolio material documenting work carried out.

Technical drawings, studies and creative proposals produced by us remain our property until the work has been paid for in full.

Use of the website

You undertake to use this website lawfully and not to carry out acts that may compromise its operation, security or availability, in particular unauthorised access attempts, introduction of malicious code or sending unsolicited communications through the form.

Availability and limitation of liability

We aim to keep the website available and the information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the complete absence of errors. The website may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons beyond our control.

Project images illustrate work carried out and do not constitute a commitment as to results, materials or prices for new work, which are always defined in a specific proposal.
