We take the information you entrust to us seriously. This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect, what it is used for, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights.

What data we collect

• Data you give us voluntarily through the contact form: name, email address, telephone (optional) and the content of your message.
• Technical browsing data, generated automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, date and time of access.

We do not request sensitive data and do not knowingly collect data from minors.

What we use your data for

• To answer your enquiry and prepare and send commercial proposals;
• To manage the contractual relationship, should the enquiry lead to awarded work;
• To comply with legal obligations, in particular tax and invoicing requirements;
• To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. We only send commercial communications with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent you give when submitting the form, on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps when you request a quotation, on compliance with legal obligations, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and functional.

Retention period

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted. Data relating to work carried out is kept for the applicable legal periods, in particular for tax and accounting purposes.

Who can access your data

Internally, only those who need the information to answer your enquiry. Externally, technical access may be held by service providers that support us, such as our website and email hosting provider, always under contract and bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

The contact form is processed through Google services (Google Workspace / Apps Script). Google acts as a processor and may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We may also disclose data to public authorities where required by law.

How we protect information

• Encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the whole website;
• Restricted, authenticated access to mailboxes and hosting;
• Regular backups;
• Data minimisation: we only ask for what is strictly necessary.

Cookies

This website operates without advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. Each language has its own address, so no language preference is stored on your device.

Should we adopt website analytics tools, this page will be updated and your prior consent will be requested.

Your rights

• Access the data we hold about you and obtain a copy;
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request erasure, where no legal retention obligation applies;
• Request restriction of processing or object to it;
• Request data portability;
• Withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
